Gut Wrenching Meal

I visited this location along with my elderly mother and my sister and everything was wrong from the moment we walked in. There wasn't anyone to greet us at the door so we had to seat ourselves. The music was loud and "obscene" rap. Although there were only two other tables occupied in entire place our order took approximately 30 minutes (we were about to leave when our order arrived). The waiter didn't leaves us any silverware so that took a few more minutes before wer could eat. My sister had ordered some kind of sandwich with cranberries and they forgot the cranberries. The waiter failed to return to see if we needed anything else until my sister finally got up to go get her own refill of iced tea. I could see other customers were just as frustrated as three ladies at a neighboring table were waving trying to get someone to attend to them, commenting "There's three of them and they are all just sitting there". We frequent Applebee's in the San antonio and have never encountered such terrible service and such poorly trained staff. Instead of having a pleasant lunch and leaving relaxed we left with tightness in our stomachs due to all the frustration were encountered. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone unless they are looking for a bad experience.
